Shipping Information - India
We offer free standard shipping across India. Orders under Cash on Delivery (COD) will incur and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Deliveries to rural domestic addresses may require additional days. Orders requiring customization will be shipped within 10 working days.
Delivery Method: Orders are typically shipped within 7-10 business days. Delays may occur due to government interventions or natural causes.
Shipping Charges: Standard Shipping - Free across India. COD orders incur and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Additional Information:
- Deliveries to remote areas may have an extra charge.
- Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states may take longer and may have additional charges.

- Order cut-off times are guidelines and may be delayed due to payment authorization.
- Estimated delivery times commence from the dispatch date.
- We are not liable for delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances.
- Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
- All orders require a signature and ID proof upon delivery.
- Each order can only be shipped to one address. Multiple addresses require separate orders.
- We strive to deliver each item within 10 to 15 working days, including processing time, but delays may occur.
- Items may be shipped separately based on availability or product characteristics.
- We use reputed courier agencies for safe and prompt delivery.
- In case of damaged packaging, refuse delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement.

Return/Exchange/Refund Policy:
At TERRA, we take pride in our handcrafted products, each uniquely made by artisans in India. Please note that variations in stones and pearls are natural.
Returns & Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item is received. Products must be returned unworn, in original packaging, and with untampered barcode tags.
How to Make a Return
- Notify Us: Inform us within 3 days of receipt via email at terraest.2021@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +917032637474.
- Approval: Send a photo of the product. Our QC team will review and approve the return.
- Collection: Once approved, we will arrange a collection.
- Replacement: Upon receipt of the damaged/incorrect product, we will dispatch the replacement.
- Refunds:
Refunds are issued only for packages lost in transit.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address
- Incorrect address format, including PO Boxes.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts.
- Package refusal by recipient.
- Products returned used or damaged.
- Minor variations in color and design.
- Non-faulty or non-damaged jewelry/apparel.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Each piece is handcrafted, and production starts immediately after the order is received. Please order thoughtfully.
